Administrative Leadership MS - Adult & Continuing Education Leadership Concentration (UW–Milwaukee)

Education-Related Studies

Minimum degree requirement is 33 graduate credits, 27 of which must be in education and 6 of which may be in related fields. Credit distribution must be: 18-24 credits in educational administration and supervision; 9-15 credits in related electives, of which 6 credits may be earned through a thesis or master's paper.

The student plans an individual program of studies in consultation with a major professor. If the student intends to apply for the Specialist Certificate upon completion of the master's degree, the program of studies may satisfy Specialist Certificate admission requirements. Thesis or Master's Paper is optional, but the student must pass a written and/or oral final comprehensive examination.

Admission Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75.

One official transcript sent directly to the Graduate School from each undergraduate and graduate school attended. If you attended UWM as an undergraduate, the Graduate School will obtain transcripts from the UWM Undergraduate Records Office.

Proof of English Language Proficiency.
